In 1998, a vision took form as Sunghyun Textiles. Our core mission? To innovate in the world of home interior fabrics. We’ve always believed that true innovation lies in not just what we make, but how we make it. Our range – from curtain blinds to zebra blinds, blackout blinds, and roll blinds – reflects this commitment to quality and innovation.
Our corporate culture, encapsulated in the phrase ‘Let’s try something new,’ isn’t just a slogan. It’s a mindset that has driven us since our inception. We’ve constantly pushed the boundaries, whether by expanding our product line or exploring new technological frontiers.
Sunghyun Textiles’ journey is marked by key milestones that reflect our growth and innovation. In 2003, we expanded our capabilities by acquiring a weaving factory. By 2005, we had diversified into blind weaving, broadening our product range beyond curtains and sofas. A notable achievement in 2006 was starting to produce blankets for Korean Air, showcasing our versatility. In 2008, we established a corporate research center to innovate in fabric weaving, including for hot air balloons.
More recently, our participation in the 2019 Shanghai R+T highlighted our global reach. In 2022, our commitment to excellence was recognized by the Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology.
And now, in 2023, we are proud to introduce RE:DUW. This new brand symbolizes our commitment to eco-friendly products, aligning with the global shift towards sustainability. At RE:DUW, we’re not just creating products; we’re crafting experiences that resonate with our customers’ values and aspirations.
